Services and fulfillment

DevNest provides self-paced digital education in web development, AI-powered development, and freelancing. After a successful purchase and verification, eligible course access is delivered through the student dashboard associated with the purchaser’s account.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify DevNest through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accounts and course access may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, currency conversion, and available payment methods may vary by location and payment provider. A purchase is complete only after payment is confirmed.

Course access and changes

Course descriptions identify the expected level, topics, projects, and format. DevNest may update lessons, tools, and examples to maintain relevance. Access is subject to these terms, the checkout terms, and the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Course videos, lessons, designs, downloads, branding, and platform materials belong to DevNest or its licensors. A purchase grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the material for learning. Copying, reselling, redistributing, recording, or publishing course material is prohibited.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass purchase controls or access another student’s courses.
• Do not disrupt the platform, upload malicious material, or test its security without written permission.
• Do not use DevNest content to infringe rights or violate applicable law.

Educational results

DevNest provides education and practical projects, not guaranteed employment, income, clients, business success, certification recognition, or specific career outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DevNest is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or reliance on educational content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for payment reversal, fraud, account sharing, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms. Applicable refund and consumer rights continue to apply.
